Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
Shipping is Via AusPost standard Air for International, and Standard Parcel rates for within Australia, and the cost will be calculated for your region at the checkout - please contact us for priority postal charges. Your pickguard is covered for insurance in transit.
Please note, that there are shipping restrictions to some countries.
When you place a pickguard order, it will usually be shipped within 24 hours, not including 'custom' orders....
Please be aware that you will be responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by your government.
Returns Policy
We offer free exchange on any of our pickguards that you purchase - this could come about from a colour mis-match etc... if you return mail at your cost (in original unfitted condition) we'll ship you a replacement freight free. Please use the 'Contact Us' page to arrange a return within a week of receipt of your order.
We'll even pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You may return a new un-fitted pickguard within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less the shipping cost.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes PayPal and/or your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
